The M/S Carnival
1 Nile Cruise ship boasts 68 comfortable well
furnished cabins. Completely renovated in summer 2009 the
M/S Carnival has a swimming pool with pool bar and
shaded deck area from which you can marvel at the romantic setting.
Once aboard you'll have all the luxuries you need to have a
memorable stay including a a large restaurant and a beauty salon.
Guests will stay in a fully air conditioned cabin with its own
bathroom with shower, TV, radio, telephone, music system and safety
deposit boxes.
The spacious
restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lounge bar
offering a range of drinks is a good place to sit and watch the
nightly entertainment which often includes a traditional belly
dancer and Galabeya party. On the sun deck there is a swimming
pool for a refreshing dip during the day and a bar serving drinks
plus sunbeds in which to relax and enjoy the beauty of the
Nile.

Cruise Itinerary
Wednesday:
Arrival Luxor airport, meet and greet,
assist through formalities & transfer to board your cruise for 7
nights Luxor - Luxor Embarkation on board the cruise. Dinner and
overnight on board the boat in Luxor.
Thursday:
Breakfast on board the boat, morning at
leisure, Lunch on board the boat, afternoon proceed with visiting to
the West bank of Luxor including visiting the Valley of the Kings,
Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the two Colossi of Memnon, back to
the cruise for dinner and overnight on board the boat in Luxor.
Friday:
Breakfast on board the boat and then start
sailing for Esna, Lunch on board and then sail to Edfu. Proceed with
visiting Edfu Temple, Dinner and overnight on board the cruise.
Saturday:
Breakfast on board, visit Kom Ombo
Temple and then proceed to sail to Aswan. Lunch on board and then
visit to the Philae Temple, Aswan and then (optional Excursions to
the Unfinished Obelisk and the High Dam).
Sunday:
Breakfast on board the boat, (optional
excursion to Abu Simbel in the morning), lunch on board and in the
afternoon; proceed with a trip on the Nile by felucca and optional
excursion to Kitcheners Island.
Monday:
Breakfast on board the boat, Morning at
leisure, Lunch on board the boat, afternoon sailing to Kom Ombo for
Dinner and overnight on board the boat in Kom Ombo.
Tuesday:
Breakfast on board the cruise, then
continue sailing to Edfu and continue towards Esna to Cross the lock
of Esna. Arrive in to Luxor and proceed for a visit to the East Bank
visiting the Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple.
Wednesday: Breakfast on board the boat, disembarkation,
and then transfer to Luxor airport for your departure
flight.
Please note: In the unlikely
event of operational or unforseen difficulties the operator reserves
the right for a different ship of the same standard to be
used - your actual ship will be confirmed upon arrival. The order of
the itinerary can and does change due to adverse weather conditions,
closure of the Esna lock, low water levels and any other unforeseen
circumstances. Itineraries are subject to change with or without
prior notice. Prices do not include drinks, extra meals, tips, any
other personal expenses or visa costs. When the boat is moored,
vessels may have to berth alongside each other restricting views and
requiring clients to pass through a number of boats to disembark.
Upon disembarkation clients will be required to walk along a
gangplank and there may be steps to climb.
