If you develop a tummy upset, (Pharoah’s Revenge!), you should ask onboard for a suitable remedy. Tummy upsets are not normally caused by dirty conditions but by local bacteria that we are not used to. Often local remedies, usually available onboard, will act much faster than our remedies, such as Imodium, as the local remedy has been developed to deal with local bacteria.
