Of course, during that week you will have a wonderful experience visiting the wonders of Ancient Egypt. However to see The Pyramids, The Sphinx, The Egyptian Museum and all the fabulous sights and sounds of Cairo you would need to add an extra 2 or 3 nights to the beginning or end of your week. Of course not everyone has the time to do this so why not take our "7 Day Cairo and Nile Cruise" tour. Here's what the tour includes: - Day 1: Fly from London Heathrow to Cairo. On arrival transfer to the Movenpick Pyramids for a 2 night stay based on BB.

Day 2: Half day tour of the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, the Valley Temple. Continue to the Egyptian Museum, which houses the treasures of the Tutenkhamun among other masterpieces. - Day 3: Transfer to Cairo airport for domestic flight to Luxor. On arrival transfer to the MS Esadora for a 4 night stay based on FB. Enjoy a afternoon visit to the East Bank (Karnak & Luxor Temples)
- Day 4: A morning excursion to the West Bank visits the Valleys of the Kings and Queens, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Cruise upstream in the late morning to cross the lock at Esna.
- Day 5: Sail to Edfu visit the temple of Horus before sailing to Kom Ombo where we moor overnight.
- Day 6: An afternoon visit to the High Dam and the island temple of Philae.
- Day 7: Disembark cruise and transfer to Aswan airport for domestic flights to Cairo followed by internation flight to London Heathrow.
