Day 1:

Fly from London Heathrow to Luxor and embark on the Sonesta St George I for a seven-night stay.

Day 2:

Cruise upstream in the early morning to cross the lock at Esna. At Edfu visit the temple of Horus before sailing to Kom Ombo where we moor overnight.

Day 3:

An afternoon visit to the High Dam and the island temple of Philae.

Day 4:

An optional excursion by road or air to Abu Simbel (bookable in advance supplement applies). Sail to Kom Ombo to visit the temple before continuing to Edfu.

Day 5: Cruising downstream reach Luxor in the afternoon.

Day 6:

A morning excursion to the West Bank visits the Valleys of the Kings and Queens, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.

Day 7:

Visit the East Bank taking in Karnak and Luxor Temple. Optional sound & light performance at Karnak (Supplement Applies).

Day 8:

Transfer to Cairo by flight with Egypt Air.
