Luxury Nile Cruises & Kenya Holidays

What does that heading mean? Well essentially that was what most of our enquiries were for yesterday.

I think a lot of people really fancy the idea of cruising the Nile in the lap of luxury. That’s not to say the other Nile cruise vessels we use are not luxurious. The King Tut 1 and the El Fostate are particularly great boats. Having sailed last on the El Fostate I can vouch for how comfortable it is. Great food, great staff. You could’nt ask for more. But I think the Oberoi Zahra Nile Splendour cruise that includes stays in Cairo on the way out and back has really caught peoples imaginations and yesterday almost every other call was to find out more about that particular cruise. It’s not cheap. It starts at around £1500 and rises into the £2000+ mark in high season but its’ fabulous value. If you havent’ seen the itinerary yet please take a look. It sounds great.

The other surprising development yesterday was the number of enquiries we had for Kenya holidays. As you may know we have another specialist website, www.KenyaHolidays4u.co.uk that had been affected by the recent troubles in Kenya. But with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s announcement of a scale down in their recommendations it seems as though people are now keen to start booking again for Kenya. We received a whole bunch of great offers for Kenya beach holidays yesterday, which are now up on the site, and a lot of people rang to find out more.
